I am currently holding low-cost relaxation sessions to help people feel more calm, confident and relaxed in their everyday life The relaxation sessions that I am offering are gentle, soothing sessions which will encourage you to empty your mind of all stresses in your life and allow your body and mind to let go. I use a mixture of breathing techniques, meditation, guided imagery, music and positive affirmations to help you to remember how to relax. I will also provide you with an excellent relaxation CD for when you are at home. The sessions will be tailored to your specific relaxation goals and will help you to feel rejuvenated, calm and more able to relax in your everyday life.
